My role: I led the creation of a brand new website for elead-crm.com, including: content architecture, UX layout, copywriting & editing. Below is a selection of the most important pages from a content perspective.
On the Suite pages, the functional spinner allows website visitors to self-select what topics are of interest to them. The content below changes based on what the user chooses, and helps drive them towards the appropriate product pages and thus further down the funnel towards a demo.
The following blogs were created under my direction. First, research was conducted to discover what topics were top of mind in the auto industry at the time. Then, I collaborated with our SEO Specialist to determine what keywords to include for search engine value. Lastly, content was either written by me or our PR team, and then edited by me and distributed both on our company website and on industry publications under the byline of our VP of Sales.
New ebooks were created once a quarter, meant to hit on the hottest topics in the auto industry at the time. I would hold interviews with key members of our sales team to gather information on which topics and lines of thought were the most salient, and work with our content production contractors to transform the information gleaned into digestible ebooks to drive lead generation.
